Cedar Park man killed by fighting in Ukraine CEDAR PARK, TEXAS (KXAN) -- A Cedar Park man who traveled to Ukraine to offer humanitarian assistance has been killed in the fighting. The Irish Department of Foreign Affairs confirmed to Irish media that Graham Dale, 45, died last week while fighting for the Ukrainian Army, according to Irish Public Service Broadcaster RTÉ.Dale was a Marine veteran and Irish-American citizen who lived in Cedar Park.In May 2022, Dale talked with KXAN and said his original plan was to travel to Poland to help with the wave of refugees fleeing over the border it shares with Ukraine.However, days after quitting his job in Cedar Park, Dale found himself driving toward the battle zone in Ukraine, feeling compelled to help those in the warzone.Graham Dale, 45, fills a car full of supplies while in Ukraine offering humanitarian relief in 2022. LOUIS - Drew Bannister is the interim head coach of the St. Louis Blues after the team fired Craig Berube from the role Tuesday evening. Bannister will report to St. Louis on Wednesday and coach his first game Thursday as the Blues host the Ottawa Senators. Berube, the only coach to ever lead the Blues to a Stanley Cup title, is out after six seasons. Prior to his promotion, Bannister had served as head coach of the AHL Springfield Thunderbirds for three seasons. He guided the affiliate to a 93-58-19 regular-season record and helped them reach the Calder Cup Final in 2022, the AHL's equivalent to the Stanley Cup Final. Bannister had 164 games of NHL experience as a defenseman from 1996-2002. Photo released of man accused of raping minor inside her home Police in Culver City are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating a man who sexually assaulted a juvenile after entering a residence in the Blair Hills community.  The incident, according to a news release from the Culver City Police Department, occurred on Dec. 2. The adult male suspect allegedly entered the residence at around 2-3 a.m., assaulted the victim and left the residence approximately four to five hours later, at around 7 a.m., on foot.  Police responded to the Blair Hills residence at around 7:45 a.m. after receiving a call about the sexual assault. Police in Culver City are searching for the photographed suspect for an alleged sexual assault of a minor on Dec. 2, 2023.
